4T butter one onion one pound chicken one box of sliced mushrooms one chicken bullion cube half a cup of flour milk water cayenne pepper salt sherry melt the butter. cook the onions way down. (this is the only way i like onions. so if you like them, you don't have to cook them down so far. i like the taste of onions; i don't like their consistency.) cube the chicken. drop in the chicken. cook it until it's all white. toss in the mushrooms. cook them until they are brown. crush the chicken bullion cube in there. stir, stir, stir. add cayenne pepper until your eyes start to water. lightly salt. stir, stir, stir. dust the top with flour. stir, stir, stir. repeat until you're out of flour or the whole thing looks like a big mushy lump. stir, stir, stir. cook it for a couple of minutes. stir, stir, stir. add a little milk. stir, stir, stir. add some more. stir, stir, stir. add some water. stir, stir, stir. add some more. stir, stir, stir. add some more milk. stir, stir, stir. add some water. stir, stir, stir. keep doing that until it has a nice consistency. pour in some sherry. stir, stir, stir. serve over rice. it's all about the stirring, if you couldn't tell.
