sorry for the delay; it's been really busy around here at excite. our stock is dropping like a stone!! isn't it wonderful!! margaret and i had the most incredible dinner at chez nous last night. i had grilled, peppered beef tenderloin medallions layered with a gorgonzola, pecan mousse, topped with a marsala and demi glace sauce and sauteed wild mushrooms. margaret had this incredible lamb dish. we started with escargot and capped the evening off with creme brulee. we had this incredible bottle of wine to drink. i'm going to order some off of wine.com when i get a chance. today has to be short and sweet; i'm working in crisis mode.
